"Hos Mette is a wonderful place to stay! It manages to have a sleek design yet feel very homely, the perfect base for a relaxing few days away. Mette herself is a lovely host. She met us on our arrival and was easily contactable via WhatsApp if we needed anything. "The property is off the beaten path but that is the charm of this place. The place is kept immaculate. My body and soul felt rested here. The owners, Steve and Dorthe & family, are amazing people, they went beyond being just host, they doubled as a transport coordinator. They made our trip very easy and comfortable. "

"Excellent B&B which we unfortunately only were able to stay at for one night. Huge room with full kitchen amenities and an attached game room. Great for 2 families as the game room attaches to both rooms. The bathroom was a bit small but we find that to be the case in most of Europe. Def enjoyed our stay and our only real regret was not being able to stay longer."

"Very nice campground. Clean and plentiful facilities. The staff was wonderful. My only recommendation would be that the mattresses in the cabins be upgraded. They were pretty dated & used hard."

Great hotel in a great location

"I really liked this hotel. In an excellent location in the centre of town and opposite the train station. Also had an entrance into the local library which for me was a real bonus. The room was a good size. Very comfortable bed with a good choice of different pillows. Excellent breakfast with a good choice of items. My only criticism here was the coffee being served in glasses with no handles meaning hot to handle. Hotel decor was excellent. Worth taking the stairs instead of the lift for a quick art trip around the world! All in all an excellent hotel. Would definitely stay again if I am back in Kolding. "

"The lodges were lovely and clean, there is lots of space between them so you never felt overlooked. They also provided more things in the house than I'm used to. There was dishwasher tablets and tea towels. The shop in the main building was also really good and not too expensive. If anything the site is too big and a long walk to the main bit especially if you have a child who normally doesn't use a buggy. The main bit is really good and has lots to do. There wasn't much live entertainment when we were there despite having a stage. Legoland and Wow park are within walking distance both of which id reccomend and need full days."
