When she arrived back 15 mins later, I was told I had to pay an extra 20 euros because we were 1 adult and 2 children…. Even though I had booked for the correct number of people. I paid her the 20 euros as I was too tired to argue. The room only had towels, pillows and sheets for two people instead of 3. My sheet was dirty. "It was very disappointing, i think we had the worse room. I did ask to move rooms but they were fully booked. The room was on the ground floor, with no natural light, everything was very tired and old. There was air conditioning in one room but not the double. Room was full of mosquitoes and the mattress was old with the springs sticking out. We had an outside area but we had thick trees and looked onto the carpark/ main road. The ACs above leaked water on to our outside area. The worse bit was...
