"The Presidente is a lovely hotel, well located in the new town. It could be better however. I was astonished to be asked to pay €5 for the maid to top up tea/coffee etc in the room. Another drawback was the room aircon as despite ours being adjusted low, it remained extremely hot. God help you in the summer. And finally the lifts. What a calamity. "Being in an absolutely perfect spot, it was ideally placed for us to explore the whole city. The hotel is so quaint making it easy to get around.
