"This place is so clean and tidy, almost brand new and very modern and comfortable with super air conditioning. Had enough storage space for hanging clothes and a mini fridge in the room and a very competent and spacious en suite and a small desk with a chair. "Was a little difficult to find because there was no sign or reception. It was like a B&B so I had to call them when I was outside so someone came and open and gave me the keys. Rooms are simple. Comfy bed but walls are superthin so you hear everyone talking or watching tv. Also from street outside you hear everything. But was ok for a couple nights. Good location near catedral and just across the street from the big central mercat. "

"Situated very centrally and really well-connected to airport (39 mins) The place is a bit rough around the edges but it does have charm. "They didn’t mention that the owners of the property will stay with you in the same house. Even it is a fancy duplex villa, but you will not feel free to stay with others in the same place. Maybe it will be suitable for a single person. But I think it is not for couples. The area is so calm as it is far away from the city noise. "

"Very good location, view from the corner appartment (4c) is excellent. Nice restaurant with breakfast(12 euro)/dinner options on a ground floor. Supermarket is just 5 min walk on a same street. Police station across the road makes all safe and out of noisy musik etc. Dirty walls,windows, curtains, sofa needs also a wash. "

"We enjoyed staying in the hotel. Excellent location to use Turia Gardens for running and walking to the museums and Old Town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and all speak very good English. They were also very attentive to our needs for taxi and local sight seeing advice. All in all, the hotel is well maintained and has good ambience. Buffet breakfast was excellent, too."

Exactly what we needed

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is perfectly located for visiting the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia. It is also in a very close proximity of two big shopping centres and a variety of restaurants, grill bars and coffee and snacks places Our room was on the first floor, cleaned every morning. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a plentiful breakfast. We found it a good value for our money."
