"The room was great. The staff so helpful. When our first room had a issue with lacking freezer they quickly moved us to another option and it was on the 4th floor great space. When we needed a coffee or anything they quickly helped out. If you need baggage storage/or drop off as our luggage had to be delivered late they were again so helpful. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Good location a short walk from the metro station. Friendly receptionists. Room was clean and had a good amount of space with kitchen facilities. Plenty of glassware also provided. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night even though the surrounding area was really good for nightlife. Only problem was that the keys could be difficult to use, but reception did warn us about this and gave us a way to make them open the door."

"The instructions on how to get to the place was incorrect. We were told to go to Gate B. Reception is Gate A in rhe 3rd floor. We did not know how to get to the reception. We had to ask the nearby apartment reception on how to contact the property. Location is very convenient to everything. Apt has full kitchen. The clothes after using the washing machine did not wring well. It is nice that the place had a patio w table n chairs to have a meal on a sunny day."

It’s misrepresenting I booked at your hotel because I thought I was going to have a Kosher breakfast and I paid for it but I can’t eat it. I’m going to come on line on a group that looks for kosher hotels, and say that you are not a Kosher Hotel and you are misrepresenting yourself . "Fabulous apartment. We stayed here with our 2 young children for 4 nights in the penthouse room. The master bedroom and bath was upstairs so we had distance and quiet from our children. Self-contained kitchen. Location was less than a minute's walk to the tram and underground train. Cafes and restaurants on the street at the front door. I will stay here again and I recommend it. "

"There's no shampoo, there is a washing machine but no detergent, the clothes drying rack provided is also broken... I can buy all these in a nearby supermarket but just made my stay stressful. Also very wasteful just for a few nights stay. Need to mention that the luggage storage service is not on-site and you have to pay your own. The apartment staff suggested a place nearby but then I noticed it actually does not open on the weekend. You would not want to deal with all these hassles during...

"Auto check in was not easy especially if you are not aware ( emails was in the junk) but the assistance i had make it easier , the apartment was good and the location is the best if you like the night life (very close to night clubs and restaurants) "

Hotel is on quite a busy intersection with traffic and sirens late into the night. Convenient for hop on/hop off bus and walking to main tourist areas. Really friendly and helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast. Would happily stay there again!"

"Excellent hotel … would stay again … only complaint is that ice machines on upper floors did not work … and TV reception flickered … otherwise great and would stay again. Very nice Cafe on main floor … and housekeeping very good. Good value too. "

"Hotel in perfect location for sightseeing everywhere walkable. We opted for premium river view room and were really pleased with size of room and the view of the river absolutely beautiful view especially at night . The buffet breakfast was great loads of choice "
