"This hotel and the women who worked at the front desk were amazing! The room was absolutely enormous and so cozy and clean. I spent the morning doing a beach cleanup in absolutely horrid weather… Strong wind, rain, and freezing cold. When I got to the hotel, I took a hot bath and the tub was so deep and it was just perfect! I was able to unwind to the fullest before heading back out for the evening. "This hotel and the women who worked at the front desk were amazing! The room was absolutely enormous and so cozy and clean. I spent the morning doing a beach cleanup in absolutely horrid weather… Strong wind, rain, and freezing cold. When I got to the hotel, I took a hot bath and the tub was so deep and it was just perfect! I was able to unwind to the fullest before heading back out for the evening. It is also pet friendly and they offered me a dog bed at check in! I didn’t need one but it was a nice perk. I do suggest that if you’re sensitive to sounds, bring ear plugs. The sea lions will sing you a song in the morning. That being said, they do make a point of letting you know that sound travels easily and to be considerate of neighbours / quiet time. Although the room next to me had a family and two dogs, and I didn’t hear them much at all! The hotel is within walking distance from quite a few local businesses and has nice views from the balcony. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Ukee."
