"I was in Tulum alone for a few days as I needed to catch a later flight than my friends. This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. Clean and comfortable room that was pleasantly decorated and a great view of the sea. They even provide paddle boards and canoes. I felt very safe and the WiFi was great for me to get work done. The staff were so so wonderful. The only reason four and not five stars is because the food was just ok - definitely not bad. I did come during low season though. "

"Was unable to stay at property because despite having an Expedia booking confirmation code, property did not honor same on the basis that they did not have the room available and due to Expedia mix up they were unable to honor the booking. Was advised that due to the Expedia error I would not have been charged as my credit card was merely to hold the room and I could pay later, but I was still charged the full rate and did not receive a refund. "Great location for exploring Tulum. Easy access to the ruins, food, access to Cultivo for local commute. A little far from the beach but if you are up for 1 hr walk its not bad. "
