"Property was beautiful but the housekeeping staff caring for the room was poor. In the second day was not restocked coffee, etc tissues and lotion. Had to call the front desk to ask to be restocked. They didn’t remove the dirty glasses or trash left out daily and didn’t service our room until after 4pm due to towels not in stock. One evening we got back to get ready for dinner out around 430pm and our room had not been cleaned or changed. We had to get ready quickly and they never came...

"The service was exceptional. Staff was very patient. I got lost coming from the self parking garage and i spoke to the assistant signature manager, susan schireman. She personally escorted me to the proper elevator. When i got to my room later, she had left a gracious note and complimentary food to apologize for my trouble. I had never experienced such service.
