"Had an amazing stay at LIVIE. The rooms are very spacious and it was nice having a PIN code for the door and not a key card so there’s no risk locking yourself out or losing the key. "We stayed here as a family of five. The hotel is really attractive on the inside and well maintained. Our room was the penthouse and very spacious, the bed was very hard but they provided us with a topper. Hard beds seem to be a theme in Vietnam, so it’s generally best to always ask for a topper. "This hotel is decent. I stayed for a total of four nights. For the first two nights, I stayed in a partial sea-view room. The size of the room is ample. I can see My Khe beach from my window. My only complaint is that the wall is very thin. I can hear my neighbors talking and coughing. The next day, at breakfast, I complained to the staff member, Ms My(Hani). She was lovely. She upgraded my room to the sea view suite for free. I was so surprised. The sea-view suite I stayed for the second two nights is the deal! Absolutely amazing. The space is even bigger. The bed is more extensive and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub. I also love the desk facing the balcony, directly to the beach. Man, I don’t want to leave. Thank you for the upgrade. I spent my 36 birthday at this hotel. The night I got back from outside, I saw a small cake sitting on the desk in my room. Wow, I was out of words. Thank you for thinking of that! It made me emotional. I love this property. The staff here are impeccable. They also offer a fantastic buffet service for breakfast. You can choose between Western-style or Vietnamese-style breakfast. A lot of choices. I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
