Morrena Lodge was the perfect place for us to call home during our 4 day stint in Torres Del Paine. The location in Villa Serrano is perfect; anywhere from a 30min - 1hr ride to many of the hot spots in Torres Del Paine. The food is excellent! We went for dinner 4 nights in a row and we were more and more impressed with our meals each night. Complimentary breakfast was also great before a long day trek. The staff are incredibly dedicated to ensuring your stay is perfect. Not to mention the property is beautiful, we spent several hours just walking along the river with the wildlife. Could not recommend this place more!

What a great accommodation. Very inviting and homey feel. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Responsive communication via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm presence with lovely Sara. She ensured we ate before check in, as we were running late from our travels. The restaurant staff Dayanna and Francisco were fantastic and very friendly. We enjoyed getting to know each of them and their company. The Lodge Morrena Torres del Paine is woman owned and managed. The lodge runs off of solar and generators will kick on if the battery power runs out. They offer WiFi access throughout the lodge however, not always reliable. Starlink is available in the communal area. The dining experience was great. They have a thorough menu for dinner. They offer complimentary breakfast from 0700-0900, box lunches for the daily adventures (excellent homemade protein bars) and work really hard at offering a professional and flavorful Chilean dining experience. The lodge offers many great recommendations on trip planning for the national park or a referral to their recommended tour company “Ruta Paine”. Overall, a wonderful experience throughout our stay as the staff was very hospitable and helpful. We felt very safe and relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Thank you Morrena lodge and especially Sara, Dayanna, and Francisco for making our experience even more memorable.

We stayed at the Morrena Lodge for four nights. It offered nice views of the Torres and was a terrific location for easy access into Torres del Paine National Park. The staff was absolutely delightful and accomodating. We returned to the Lodge one evening with a flat tire and staff quickly found someone to come out to help us get it changed in the dark. Great service! The meals served in the resturant were delicious and beautifully presented. We ate in the resturant every night of our atay and tried several lf the dishes. All were wonderful! Our room was very nice and provided lovely views of the environs. This Lodge was a great find!

Morrena Lodge was a great home away from home while visiting Torres del Paine National Park. Absolutely the sweet spot: comfortable beds, lots of hot water, great restaurant, immediately outside of the park, all at an affordable price! The lodge is new and very well managed, clean and comfortable. Some lovely walks even from the lodge. Restaurant offers a wide range of dishes made on site, everything from fresh trout to pavlova! Great breads! Staff and management were so friendly and helpful, with lots of local experience! Highly recommend!

This lodge is in the same area as Villa Serrano, however much more reasonable. The staff is wonderful, the property is cozy and comfortable, and I highly recommend the restaurant. A quick 2 minute walk to the back of the property brings you to a picnic table next to the river with a spectacular view of the Torres Del Paine Massif.

Beautiful location. Easy check-in. Clean room. Reasonable dinner at hotel. Breakfast moderately good. One coffee machine, which was very slow and 5 -10 minutes line.

Sarah was awesome with great service A few suggestions: add a second coffee machine because the wait is long also offer a pot of regular coffee. The room needs to have dresser or table The shower needs a soap dispenser The meals are overpriced for the amount of food provided

There were issues that they could/would not address. Light burning out in bathroom creating a strobing light effect. Flippantly suggested we should just enjoy the disco in our room. Little pedal on trashcan in both rooms we booked didn’t work so had to lift lids by hand. Gross. Service in restaurant took forever. Location is great.

Over and beyond care and service!
We found the lodge to ve comfortable and convenient to our hiking in Torres del Paine. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, when my husband became ill, they sent the physician who owns the lodge to check him out. During the day, they brought him pitchers of water and offered food. We were very grateful for this personalized care.

Excellent Option in Rio Serrano
We stayed for 3 nights while taking day trips fishing in the area. The hotel could not have been more perfect for our trip. Service was extremely friendly, the restaurant food was terrific, and the facility was perfect. The hotel is an excellent option for those wanting to stay near TdP at a more reasonable price than some of the other options in Rio Serrano. We hope to return!

The Lodge is beautifully presented and the room we had was fabulous (we had a corner room with windows all round) The downside of this was that the room was very hot due all the sunlight coming in (there is no aircon). We found the restaurant arrangements very frustrating. Limited choice for breakfast and dinner was difficult. You had to order your food hours before and then they could not get it to you in the correct way (twice they brought the wrong meal to us). I think the owners are on a steep learning curve and if they can fix this area they will have a diamond in the National Park but they need to make an effort. We had no water two days in a row due to pump failures. It really felt a bit like we were in a Fawlty Towers movie. I hope they improve as they have something special there. Overall it is really expensive considering the experience.
