"Staff and service were excellent. Breakfast buffet could have been warmer, but was good. The Smack burgers were very good, I should have gotten one to go upon checkout. The indoor pool & hot tub could have been warmer. The room was very nice and clean. The showers don’t pivot so may be uncomfortable for tall people."

"Good stay 15 min walk from the subway and immediately near a bus station. The accommodations were fine, felt secure and clean. The garden view was rough but I didn’t come to look out the window so it was fine. Would book again. Was a little concerned doing a homestay-type through hotels.com but it worked out fine. I did not get the 24 hour check in email but did reach out to the host and they responded promptly. "

"The hotel is on the York University campus and is perfect for visiting the university. I was there to attend a conference and loved that it took me under 10 minutes to get to the venue from the hotel. The hotel is really close to the subway station, too. The hotel is quiet. "The first floor of the building is a Whole Woods so that made it really easy to not need to go out for every meal. Parking was included. I would say the only issue was checking in as you need to just park on the road and figure out how to get into the building to collect the key fob and apartment key. "

레이오버용으로는 만족

"솔직히 엄청 시설이 엄청 낡았고 난방도 시끄럽고 약간 불날 것 같은 느낌(!)이지만 공항 레이어버용으로는 딱입니다. 공항 무료셔틀이 호텔 출발 기준 0시, 30분마다 다니고 가격도 토론토 기준 가성비가 있는 편이니 만족합니다."

Exceptional service and comfort after a long journ

"I checked into the Omni King Edward Hotel after an exchausting flight (> 18 hours) from Sydney to Toronto. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the check-in desk by a very friendly Associate Mr. Park. I really appreciate him making the check-in process smooth and fast. To my delight, I was upgraded to the hotel's best suite, which was very comfortable and well-appointed, providing a much-needed respite after such a long journey. The associate also introduced me to the hotel bar and provided me with a complimentary drink coupon. I decided to dine at the bar that evening. The food was delicious and the local wine (suggested by another gentle female associate at the bar) was excellent, making for a wonderful dining experience. The room was large, clean and elegant in keeping with the hotel's history. The toiletries and personal care items were from NEST (New York). Overall, the exceptional service experiences, the room, and the dinner made my stay at the hotel highly memorable. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team, especially the one at the front desk during check-in, for making my stay so enjoyable!"
