"Our first time in Tirana, our family stayed at Mondial. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff was helpfull at all times. Restaurant was great. The only issue we had was a bit with the noise from the street. It is well located, but in a very busy street."

"This hotel is really nice. It’s very clean, rooms are large with a kettle, the bed is the comfiest ever, I can get English programs on TV, and it’s easy to walk to many places. Breakfast is excellent. The absolute standout with this hotel is the staff, I’ve never come across a hotel where the staff have been unfailingly helpful, friendly and really go out of their way for you. It’s a pleasure to see their smiling faces every day. I had an accident on the street and the staff helped me so very much. I will always be grateful to them. On top of this, the hotel has a cafe attached and the food is like home cooking, delicious and reasonably priced. Again the staff there are lovely, even the cleaning ladies in this hotel are lovely. I would always come back here."
