"Room was amazing, simple and convenient. The only issue I had was I do realize check in time is 2pm but for the people with early arrival flights I wish they had some sort of way to notify us when our room is ready so we don’t have to periodically check in, we had to wait a good bit for our room but I did appreciate the free bag storage. Staff was also kinda eh, definitely not a great vibe for first time in Miami but hey the room made up for the lack of friendliness from the staff. "

"Needed a one night stay as my flight arrived after midnight. Hotel was convenient for getting on the road to Key Largo that morning. Like other guests mentioned in their reviews, the rooms are very very small. Not sure how two people would manage for more than a day. Room was neat and organized. Bed was comfy. Darkening shades were great. Water for the room would have been nice. Check in was easy. Breakfast buffet did not look worth the extra costs. Would stay again as a solo traveler. ...

"Everything about this stay was great. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Friendly staff, clean rooms, dining options, decor and can’t beat the location. The only recommendation I have would be is that the tablet in the room serves as the main controller for all the light, shades, temp, etc but the tablet in my room didn’t seem to work so I had to use the wall switches. Other than that, it was a great stay. "
