The service in the hotel is OK, the room didnt have 2 towels so went to reception on our way out- they couldnt actually put the towel in the room so we had to collect them when we got back at 0200. Breakfast was OK- although no eggs. Room is good and its usually good value [due to its location] but there is free parking."

"We had a wonderful experience at Novotel. Breakfast buffet has many selections from a smoothie bar to churros, to charcuterie options, fruits, cheese, vegetables,.. all so delicious. They cleaned the rooms very quickly every day. Staff were very kind. The hotel is in a posh neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. One comment on the cleanliness is that there was dust on some surfaces and in the bathroom vents but other than that everything looked clean. "
