"Took a short birthday week trip to Montreal and settled on Hotel 10 after comparing a few other nearby hotels for my stay. Location, price, and reviews were great, and the bonus free valet parking Expedia benefit was the deciding factor. I'm glad I picked Hotel 10! The staff were all nice, helpful. and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. My VIP status got me an upgrade to a suite, and I found it to be a pleasant, clean, and quiet stay. The *huge* bed was just the right amount of firmness for me and I slept like the dead. Despite being close to street/ground level, I barely heard anything. The shower wasn't draining well and it was seen to immediately upon my mentioning it to the front desk (fixed in minutes while I was out getting a bite to eat). The only down side to the suite was figuring out which light switch went to which light... but don't let that deter you from booking a room here, as I was able to get it all sorted fairly fast once I actually paid attention. Over all, I enjoyed my stay here and will almost certainly book a room here again on my next trip to Montreal. "
