"This place is fine. We arrived in mid-September, so that may have affected our experience. The rooms were fine. It's a place to stay. It is an easy walk to the few shops and restaurants and a nice hike to the park. Dining had limited options, especially for breakfast. Park tour buses stop here, which is also a plus. Pickup from the train station is available for an extra price. It was convenient to use as you get a tag for the hotel when you check into the train, and they take from there to the...

"The property was nice, but what stood out most was the staff they were outstanding. Our car had broken down and the town we were staying in was not very big so there were no mechanics surround however, the maintenance guy Logan took the time to get a new belt for us and repaired a car while we were out hiking Denali, Andres at the front desk found Logan for us and was very helpful. Can’t say enough about how great the staff there is."

"This is a very affordable place to stay not far from Denali National Park (only a 15 minute drive away). The building is older and definitely shows some wear and tear, but it was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful apartment, very clean and very good communication before arrival on how to get in and again to check during stay. It worked great for us. Walls are thin but fortunately others in adjacent apartments were respectful so no problem. Pans are scratched up a bit and would recommend new ones. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

"Everything here was convenient, from the shuttle to and from airport to on site rent a car. Which did come in handy as I did not come in with the thought of even renting a car. I learned that when I rented a taxi to go to the museum. By the time I paid for the taxi and a tip I could’ve just rented a car. I ended up renting a car for 24 hours and I did a trip down to the north pole and did some hiking around the area , if you want to explore the Fairbanks area on your own it’s not walkable from Pikes. I ended up staying in the Aurora side cabins. I had a wonderful trip thank you."

"The hotel was clean attractive and well-appointed. Asst. Mgr. Marlon accommodated our request for early check-in, even hand delivering the room keys to us when they were ready. There were several nice touches throughout the hotel, such as fresh hand wipes dispenser. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. I would stay here again."
