"The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was central and close to public transport making it easy to explore London. Slight annoyance was only one lift to use which meant we had to wait a while for the lift on a couple of occasions."

We got upgraded to an apartment and it made our stay extra special. The room are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. "On arrival the staff were friendly and very helpful and this continued for the remainder of our stay. The double room was excellent, a good size, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was first class. Meals were reasonably price and the service was excellent. The bar restaurant was informal and welcoming. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a weekend break in London. Location was in super easy access to the transport network. Would definitely use again."
