"We didn't stay at the Hotel De La Mer. For reasons which were not explained, we were moved to the Lighthouse Hotel, slightly further from the beach. "Wonderful customer service Front desk people were so friendly and accommodating They gave me a free upgraded room and when I told them I was there to volunteer to treat soldiers with trauma, they gave me a free dinner! And when I had a minor problem with the room (no heat, stick door to the balcony), engineering was there in 5 minutes. Everyone was SO nice, which was surprising since they were all Israelis!"
