"This hotel has 3 stars since it has a swimming pool, and large landscaped gardens. The gardens are well maintained, so it is unfortunate that the internal of the hotel is not maintained to same standard. The website advertises a front desk safe, but there is not one. A very unhelpful reception told us valuables would be OK left in room. Reception staff were indifferent to guests, no acknowledgement when passing through and talking to each other when dealing with any guest queries. No hand towels...
