"10 min walk to Legoland, through Medini Mall which has food options and a supermarket. Much cheaper than Legoland hotel. We didn't get breakfast at the hotel because it's bento boxes. As some reviews have mentioned, the property is a bit old. It's also next to a hospital so we saw hospital staff and patient/ family in the hotel. Generally the hotel is quiet and clean. Easy enough to go around with Grab. "

"Location super, link to alternative road, no jam to get back to hotel. Condition n cleanliness not so good, especially when compared to high price paid."

"Staff were friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze. Property was clean and felt safe. Some things in the apartment looked a little jaded but not significantly so. Everything worked fine. And for a short stop, wonderful that there is a Hard Rock Cafe right in the basement. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of drinks listening to the live band. But the music did not penetrate and affect the rest of the building. So overall, pretty pleased with our stay."

"Location was near the Singapore border. It is right by a mall. Everything I needed (grocery store, restaurants) was around me. Convenient location. Property is big, clean. What would have been made the place nicer..... nicer shower gel and better internet. The internet was intermittent, non existent in some rooms. "Checking was 20 minute event of stopping at security, writing down details, walking to letter boxes, walking back and fining parking. Property smelled. Never aat in such a hard couch and didn't think you could buy TVs so small anymore. What few pieces of furniture there were are falling apart. Clock in wall not working, no toilet paper etc. Noisy environment from traffic and patio lock doesn't work. No idea how these ratings were achieved but extremely miserable place. "

"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"Fairly new hotel and my second time staying. Love the location which is fully sheltered from the custom to the hotel via the link bridge and from Komtar shopping mall. Lots of good food dining options from both Komtar and sheltered link way to city square. Walkable distance to famous food like Jin Long curry fish, Hiap Joo Banana Cake, Ya Wang and Tapu Egg tarts and many more. Definitely my to go place if I wanna stay near the customs. :)"
