"We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. A breeze to check-in and out! The only improvement which we hope to see is the provision of hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen. "We had an excellent stay. The apartment is very nice, clean to the extent of being immaculate, high quality fittings throughout, washing machine, cooking facilities. The apartment complex is amazing, super gym, upper level enclosed walking area and a large pool. Well situated for access to local attractions and shops, including a a supermarket in the mall below. "Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "

My love for Renaissance Hotel

"Comfy in all areas, staff are friendly and efficient plus welcoming. Parking is convenient and I just love this hotel. Have been staying here during business trips and family trips. Ambient is great and have arrays of variety of choices. I used to purchase the membership vouchers, however I stopped due to benefits are not as attractive as it used to be😊"

"I arrived early morning and Mr. Jagdeep was kind to let me have early check in to rest. Really appreciate. Reception staff all helpful and friendly, patient. It is not a new hotel but it knows how to run it efficiently and keep good maintenance and cleanliness. Location is fantastic to access all the goodness of the city centre. "
