"Very very bad experience. My booking was cancelled even though i have received confirmation from expedia and payment has been made. The staff claim that the cancellatiob is due to non payment and they are unwilling to contact expedia and we got to sort out the issues ourselves despite us showing evidence that payment has been made. "FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu. We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. "For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

"Owner picked me up from airport and dropped me back the next day. A small charge for the return. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Room was very nice, clean and lots of hot water for the shower which had been an issue with other hotels I have stayed in Vietnam."

"Our family of 4 (with boys ages 13 and 11) stayed for just one night (as I imagine most people will) because we had an early morning departure from the airport. This hotel did not disappoint even for a brief stay! The room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner at the hotel and thought the food was delicious. Even though the water was a little cool, our boys enjoyed the pool - and what we all thought was really fun and interesting was watching the planes take off and land from the airport a very short distance away. Despite being close to the airport, the neighborhood around the hotel seemed safe and walkable, although there didn't seem to be too many services nearby (just a few shops and restaurants). The hotel arranged an inexpensive shuttle to the airport for us early in the morning. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."
