"There was apparently only one cart to assist with luggage for the entire hotel; and when I went to use it before check out, it was gone. No one offered an alternative. I asked for an alternative and they were completely negligent until AFTER I had spilled oil all over my trunk due to not having a cart to assist in carrying things. Only one staff member really tried to find me alternatives. I found a cart with paint on it right next to my room, so I took that and wheeled the rest of my stuff...
