Hotel with dis-organization
- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid.
- It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation. Mass with reservations and their evidence.
- Hotel pushed us to have a silvester dinner and self service cathering with champane (30 euro/person), but the cathering was not fresh. It looked like it was cooked during the day. They told us to take a champane 2 hours after Siilvester (New Year's Eve) midnight.
- Sauerkraut Soup (kapustnica) without meat
- Half part of meat in goulash was fet.
- Sandwitches from Siilvester (New Year's Eve) was served also next day to breakfast.
- Sometimes only cold breakfast
- Chef is also a receptionist, cashier and sometimes also a waiter so it was impossible to have food fresh.
- Cooker whos I was paying to told me to setting up the paying terminal, because he is a cooker and not cashier.
- They wanted to get us higher price regarding it is own price list. I have to discuss with them to accept expedia rate.
- Wine
- no restaurant, its possible only to order from (1-3) )already prepared food which is heated up for you
