The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower also was very nice. Check-in was easy and the staff were nice. If there was anything of issue it be the location of the plates and utensils for the breakfast. They should have been at one side or the other instead of the very center of the food line.

We had great expectations for this hotel but unfortunately our visit wasn't very good. The floors felt sticky we traveled with kids and we used the extra linen and pillows from the closet and they all look uded, were dirty and had stains on them. We let.the front desk know and they brought a clean one. The kids wanted to go swimming and the pool was so cloudy and looked dirty. They didn't stay that long. The only positive thing was the breakfast. Lots of quick options, clean and plenty of staff assisting around. I would recommend it but they just need to improve in some areas. Great location with walking distance to grocery shopping, food, movie theaters and other shopping stores.
