"Lovely room, lots of space and good size bed. But the room was always cold and everytime we turned up the heating it just seemed to heat up the bathroom."

"Very enjoyable stay. Nicely decorated room with comfy bed and small balcony. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful and seemed happy in their jobs. Pool was a much enjoyed bonus and am sure the spa is great but sadly it was fully booked for a massage at convenient times. Food of a good standard but in my opinion a little overpriced. "

"A very welcomed arrival, receptionist was lovely and pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for more, the rooms were perfect, we were given a free upgrade to a newly refurbished room which was a lovely unexpected extra and very welcomed. The spa was great, and the food in the restaurant was well above average, all expectations were truly exceeded. Would definitely recommend! "

"Customer service first class without exception. Property was grade 1 listed and was very comfortable, with lovely facilties including access to spa. Special mention to Doreen, Grace and Olivia who served us breakfast and evening meals. They were very friendly. Professional and helpful. "
