"We loved the stay. It is a hanok, which means we slept on a futon, but I would not want it any different. The staff let us check in early and stored our luggage until it was time to leave. We received a letter translated to English on our arrival as they did not speak a lot of English. Their understanding of English was better than my understanding of Korean. Prior to our arrival, they also sent us detailed instructions for us to give the taxi driver. I hope to go back some day."

"I enjoyed my stay at Becky Guesthouse. I love the art gallery & café on the ground floor, a lovely space to rest. The welcome tea is a nice touch. The location is perfect to visit Jeonju’s main attractions just a few minutes walk away. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc, near by. The room had everything I needed. Quiet location, just some guests slamming doors… Bus links to Jeonju’s train station just down the road which was handy. Thank you for a lovely stay in Jeonju :) "

"The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."

"Location is just outside hanok village which is good as not so noisy. But the room walls are very thin, I could hear neighbor conversation throughout the night. Very difficult to control shower head water. Is either too hot or too cold. Stayed for 2 nights but no make up room service. 1st day, Had to wait at front of hanok as no one at counter to help check in & could not dial the number provided at the signboard. Had to ask for help from a coffee place beside the hanok to call the boss. "

"We shouldn't be expecting big rooms and big beds since it's a homestay experience. I would say this is the place everyone should stay when visiting Jeonju. It's a really good experience of a Hanok. "It is highly recommended to stay in Hanok Village in Jeonju. Rather than going everywhere close Nam Market Gakridan-gil Hanok Village. Free parking, drinks and breakfast services. "Loved: location! Easy to get to all the fun! Clean. Property manager was kind and eager to communicate and even asked our arrival time to make sure the a/c was on and chilling our room. "This was a different kind of stay for us. Room is tiny and you sleep on a heated floor. My husband has a bad back so I asked for padding. The manager not only gave me padding but sat with us to explain the rules of the hotel and went over a map of the village and where to go sightseeing, food and drinks. The bathroom was a challenge because the toilet and shower are in the same room and I feel like everything gets wet.However it's how most bathrooms are in korea. They also do not give full size towels its only a hand towel. I didnt mind this because it was a different experience. I gave a 5 star because overall it was beautiful, in the village, great staff and we were warm and comfortable. I do recommend to give this place a try."

"Staff was friendly and we didn't have any communication issues from check in to check out. The location was a good spot to walk to nearby tourists attractions. Restaurants and eating places were nearby too. It was easy to take buses to other places as bus stops were just nearby. Highly recommended to stay there. "

"Visited with parents during Christmas break. An absolute gem — we loved every small detail in the rooms and play areas, since it was really well decorated with Korean traditional hints everywhere. Also loved the breakfast options they provided us, the food was so good!!! I really want to visit again. Thank you staff for providing such a welcoming experience."

"A nice view of the KTX train station and mountain. Room had a microwave, washer, and styler (with a dryer function). Walking distance from the KTX train station. Bedroom, livingroom, balcony, and kitchen area all looked like a one bedroom apartment. Staff accoommodated requests with hospitality."
