"We were on the 4th floor. We know there were other guests up there, but we did not hear any noises from the hallway or adjoining rooms. The staff was very gracious and able to assist us with any of our questions."

"We stayed at this hotel when watching a show at a local venue. It was great because we were able to walk to the venue instead of paying a ridiculous rate. The staff was super friendly, the suite was nice, spacious, cozy and worth the price. "

"The hotel is new and up to date but the pool was not in serves. I checked in at 3 pm and when I went to my room it was still being cleaned. I was given a new room but it had no Kleenex. The Staff was very helpful in getting everything taken care of. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. "

"Minimally equipped room. No towel rack in bathroom! No closet, or rod to hang clothes. Lumpy pillows. Only mirror was in bathroom. No luggage carts. Paint around many doors was beat up and chipped. We have stayed at several “cheaper” properties that were better equipped."

"Check in was a breeze! Morgan was amazing and explained everything to me about check in and check out. Also Had freshly made cookies and coffee out too. She was there every morning i was and she asked about my stay each time and asked if i needed anything. She was super friendly and made evwrything go smoothly. When i got to my room i did have a dirty flat sheet on my bed but other than that everything was absolutely amazing! Will definitely stay here again! 10 gold stars for Morgan!!!"

"The surrounding area was wonderful, nice walk along the river. Beautiful homes and building within walking distance. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was delicious with multiple choices. The negative, the staff, they were inattentive to our presence. Food would run out and when asked they responded with be out there soon. Worse, they may have had earbuds in, and at times they would just ignore our request and walk away. The person at the desk...

"My friend and I traveled from TN to attend a Prince tribute event being held at the Victory Theater in Evansville. Our weekend stay at the Courtyard was great. Very clean, comfortable, and friendly service. However, we were disappointed on the knowledge of the ones tending the bar in the lobby. Seem to not understand or know how to mix a cocktail requested and had no clue what kind of wine to serve when asked. Bar service staff wasn’t great at all. "
