I pre paid for three nights and when I got there they said they don’t make online reservations as it was 3-4am in the morning and was exhausted after flying from London I had no other option than pay for one night in cash as they do t take card. The property managers were nice and helpful but not very generous with giving us a refund for the days we didn’t stay. We found the area poor in the choices of restaurants and stores. The restaurants only open after 11am in the mornings, surprising for a tourist oriented area. But that was consistent even in other areas of Phu Quoc. "
