"Check in was a breeze with friendly and helpful staff at the desk. We had an issue with the toilet continuously running so we were swapped into another room immediately without fuss. Room was spotlessly clean, generous in size and the bed, I just knew would give us an excellent nights sleep..and it did! Great shower too! All in all a great stay for a reasonable tariff. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Property was very dirty, floors were gross. A lot of dog hair. Carpets in bedrooms were dusty/dirty/stained. Toilet was leaking raw sewage (we called up and the plumber came the next day), kitchen sink tap made a huge noise when turned on. Yard was very unkept, long grass and heaps of weeds. Outside rubbish bins were overflowing when we arrived. Furniture was low quality. Air-conditioning remote did not work. Good location."

"Plus side: very close to Monash university. Quiet at night. Minuses: Many. - Heavy stench of cigarette smoke. I stayed one night but couldn't cope longer and had to move. The shirt I left out of the suitcase on the one night i stayed there still reeked of cigarettes after I'd moved to a new place. - not cleaned well. A used towel from a previous guest was still on towel rack in one bathroom. A previous guest (an overseas student evidently) had left a letter from the university and...
