“After almost 2 month, they suddenly emailed me saying that they wud charge $49 for cleaning, as it was missing on the web site. Since it wasn't mentioned on the website, how can guests know about the extra fee? When I paied for it, it was saying 'total price'! Anyway, I complaint it to Hotels.com , and ended up not paying the extra $49. I stayed there comfortably but it ruined the good empression. For future guests, please contact them first if they charge cleaning fee later. ”

"Room was not cleaned up. At night a coakroach crawled on the floor, I called a front desk to solve the matter. Nobody came for help, so I had to deal with the matter. When checking out, I reported that matter to a manager and the manager said the hotel takes into the matter and let me know the whole procedure and the results. Yet I didn't anything from the hotel."
