Southern Ontario, Ontario hotel rooms at the OYO Rooms

"I am from Toronto but I had a need to stay close to Toronto General Hospital and this hotel was within walking distance which was perfect. What surprised me was that I had daily cleaning services which was unexpected and pleased. I felt safe walking to/from the hotel in all hours of the day which made my stay satisfactory while I dealt with a personal family health emergency. Thank you to the staff for their daily smiles and check ins. "

"The check-in experience was quick and smooth. The agent was able to fulfill my special requests. Complimentary water is available in the lobby, as well as bottles in the room. As someone who is eco-conscious, a refillable water bottle station in the lobby would have been more appreciated. "The hotel is in a nice location along the Harbourfront with restaurants and attractions nearby. We had a spacious studio room with a nice view of the lake. Check in was easy. Front desk, cleaning, and maintenance staff were friendly and efficient. We liked the floor-to-ceiling windows, except we were on the second floor and people walking outside could see directly into the room, so we kept the window shutters closed most of the time and the blinds down at night.
