"It's fairly simple, you get what you pay for. I mean if you want a true 5 star resort or hotel, you have to pay for it, and there are plenty of those up and down the Gold Coast. If you want a nice comfortable room, a decent bed and a clean bathroom, at an affordable price, then this is the place for you. "RSL is across the road, and the meaks were great. Found a cafe in the morning less than 5 min walk. Place was clean, and the aircon was positioned well for the hot weather we experienced. We liked to walk and the walk ways took us to the sea side in about 2km. We didn't have time to use the good sized swimming pool, but it was inviting. The place is older than some, but is clean and not run down. It is a comfy stay for a good price and it is convenient to shopping centres and eateries. "
