"I'm writing this review as someone who doesn't really prefer to stay in Super 8s or hotels/motels of this type. I have had to stay here as a last minute unexpected stop back in July of 2024 with just my kids and I. It was a decent night's stay so when another unexpected stay overnight came up, I chose this place. The price is just right for an unexpected expense. The rooms and hotel are actually very clean. "Clean room, no onsite manager which was only a minor inconvenience when the TV remote didn't turn on the TV. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helped us. Waterproof floors, a mat might have been nice given that everyone has to walk thru snow to get from the car to their room. Overall we loved our stay. No frills and no headaches and no hassles. We'll be back."

"The budget inn has gotten better it's all new staffed nice on the business side which is good. I honestly cannot blame the owner this isn't a good area. Protect what she worked hard for I respect that. The budget inn has improved they have cleaned thé area gotten new mattresses it always smells clean the towels are folded very nicely bathroom has been painted well cleaned. Always provided coffee and coffee pot. Laundry vicinities. The only thing I would give some advice on is the staff are too...
