"This was my first trip to Mardin and I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was superb. The location was good. We were able to park our car at the hotel, which was a plus given how crowded and narrow the old city's streets are. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. "

A special thanks to Mr Siyani who helped us with a few issues with our first room and resolved really quickly and professionally, you are a credit to Nevali Hotel. Services were fantastic, great choice of food, good facilite, easy parking and always greeted with a smile. Great location and walkable to the main streets and short drive to the local tourist sites. "unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."
