"The one thing they really need to do is update the bathrooms here. Ours was old kinda had some rust stains, so the bathrooms are in need of updating all around. The AC also could be better suited to the rooms. The bunkbed area got warm no matter what temp we kept the room at. Overall good hotel. Just needs some updating here and there "

The staff was remarkably friendly and aimed to please in every situation from arrival each time we left the sight to our final departure, we felt like family. The Baytown Wharf had much to offer from live music to a plethora of restaurant chouces and shopping just a short walk from Effie Hotel. The shuttle service to and from the beach was fantastic as no long waits were necessary. ...
