"If you are looking for ‘impressive’ then stay here. From initial greet to departure the experIence was excellent. As an aside, if you have mobility challenges, a buggy is only a call away to get you from venue to accommodation. "

"Hotel is on beautiful Gun Beach in Tumon Bay. Pool, slide, and beach are all fantastic. No hot tub. Snorkeling off Gun Beach is quite good, eels, Parrots and dozens of other species were seen. Great staff."

"I don’t want to be too negative about this hotel, but it has some very strange quirks. The Airai is a very large hotel, but looks like they only use a few rooms, it is a long way from town, but walkable to a new shopping centre, which has some food options, the strange thing is there are never any customers, this was our third stay, depending on day of the week you get a full resort including a water park virtually to yourself.
