I was given a room that matched my request, when making my reservation on line (upper floor away from elevators and heavy traffic). The room was very quiet at all times. The bed was really comfortable. Adequate storage for clothing, lots of wood hangers, suitcases and personal belongings. Shower was large with optional rain shower or adjustable spray wand on wall or for hand held use. Free WiFi and an incredible breakfast buffet each morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevators were fast and there was never a long wait or crowded cabins. Overall I was really pleased with my stay and would return and recommend The Riu Plaza Hotel to others traveling the world. Thank you!
