"We had a great stay on a high floor. Beware at weekends that the hotel is right at the bottom of the party street and en route to the station. The room was comfortable however the bed was a standard double and felt small, and the water pressure was really disappointing. Staff were lovely, would stay again. "

"A perfect location for the New Theatre Cardiff and also next to main shopping street of central Cardiff , We were greeted by front of house staff member Bank, whom upon arrival said I've given yourselves a room upgrade which we accepted gratefully . Very clean and tidy hotel and restaurant area , a most pleasant stay will definatly stay again asap"
