"Property was great and very convenient. Only exception was cleanliness. They told us the room was ready but did not clean anything, bathrooms, unvacuumed carpets, dirty fridge, and smelled like weed. Once these issues were remediated it was a much better experience. The property manager should better train and monitor the cleaning stuff to make sure they do a consistent job"

Many hotels in miami do not provide window/ balcony access due to minimising potential risk during hurricane season. This hotel however, has access to balcony and fresh air which is crucial for lung health. Especially after the cleaners clean you need to circulate clean air. Loved everything about the hotel. "
