"Excellent communication with host. Made the whole process seamless. There is no street parking but there is a paid garage basically across the street. Property is very accessible and clean, front receptionist is available and property managers are available 9-5. Room was very clean, we were very impressed at how well kept it was. We were very comfortable and did not feel cramped even though it was 5 of us. My only issues were that the hot water was not very hot more warm and the tub kept backing...

"Able to low the prices by making better deal. It was the hotel I been in my life. I wish I would could stay longer there. Especially couple like me and my boyfriend/husband we are homeless at moment. Once in while we sleep in the park or the beach since we don’t have enough money pay for it. Even thou I’m able to get over get by the morning since I work overnight shift. My boyfriend/ husband doesn’t work at all. Just let us finish paying in the morning. "I liked how there was 24 hours front desk.great location too with excellent transport links if needed.Two minute walk to Maddison Square Garden and Empire State Building.We are a family of Five and found it spacious enough because we were hardly there and it was ideal for us.We loved every minute of our stay and there were no negatives,we’ll definitely stay there again if we visit New York in future."

"The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). The surrounding area feels quite safe but is a bit dark and dingy. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the nearby options are sketchy, so we don’t recommend it if you’re driving...

"I booked this hotel for a quick trip to the city and I was not disappointed! I read others reviews about the bathrooms, the long elevator waits, the rooms being small? We had the standard 1 King Bed room and it was HUGE for being a NYC hotel room? There was a hallway like area with the closest and the bathroom to your right when you walked in and it was huge! It was so roomy! I really recommend staying here! Ignore the reviews of everyone that has problems with minor hotel flaws. Maybe I just got lucky on room size, but when you stay in NYC, you should automatically assume the room is gonna be smaller"
