"The property was ok. The rooms were decently furnished. The homes are in a medium-rise condo. Air conditioning worked in one of the rooms; as it was too late when we checked in, we didn't bother getting the other room fixed. The bathrooms are typical Indian design - if you take a shower, you're going to wet the entire floor including the toilet seat. The water heater is no good after about 5 minutes in the shower. "Perfect for the start of our holiday. Large apartment with everything needed to prepare own meals (we didn’t as eating out is very inexpensive) and close to a large supermarket. "My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

Impressive hotel and staff

"We spent 12 days at the hotel. The 1 bedroom apartment was impeccable, and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful, efficient and accommodating . Check in and check out was easy. There are several options for dining at the hotel. The dishes at the buffets and a la carte dining are well curated and substantial. The fine dining restaurants are all exceptional. The in-house spa is luxurious, the staff and treatments are professional.The pool and surrounding gardens are beautiful. The hotel takes security very seriously, and we felt safe at all times. We will definitely stay there again."
