"Staying here was a disappointment. The hotel location was convenient to a subway station, but tucked down an unattractive alley. The room looked nice with some nice style elements, but it seemed dirty. The toilet was not completely clean and we needed to clean it some. They kept some cleaning supplies in the one closet with hangers for your clothes, so we used them. The room was humid due to the weather, but the AC did not seem to work. And we only had a fan that helped at night. We checked in...

"The cleanliness of the room was terrible. We were given the wrong type of room but were unable to fix the issue due to a language barrier. We paid for an upgraded room but were given a basic room. The staff was extremely friendly but we could not communicate beyond basic greetings."

"From what I understand, the building switches off the ability to use A/C at the beginning of October, and there is only the ability to switch on the heat. Since it is still warm outside, our room was between 79-81deg F (25-26 deg C) the entire stay. The high temperature in the room made it too hot to sleep at night and was very uncomfortable. There is no recycling on site and the buffet breakfast was the same every morning."

"First. Expedia realy needs to identify Love Hotels as opposed to tourist hotels. Second the only "View" at Hotel View was of a Construction site where they started work at 630AM on a Saturday. The room was basically clean, but was dingey and looked like it was last updated by a pimp in 1979. If you are looking for a nice place to bring that special someone who's name you never asked then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a decent place to stay look elsewhere "
