"훌륭한 경치, 깨끗한 시설, 친절한 응대. 호텔시설 자체는 좋았습니다. 하지만 정책적인 면에서는 개선을 부탁드리고 싶습니다. 4인 가족이 한 방을 사용할 수 있도록 예약을 받으면서 주었지만, 침구는 여전히 2인기준으로만 제공하시길래, 프런트에 물어봤더니 "추가인원에 대해서는 비용을 받지 않지만, 추가 침구에 대해서는 비용을 받습니다" 라는 답변을 받았습니다. 어쩌면 추가침구 비용이 든다는 내용을 제가 못봤을 수도 있고, 혹은 추가인원 비용보다 추가침구 비용이 저렴할지도 모르겠군요. 하지만 추가인원비용이든 추가침구비용이든 숙박하는 ..."
