Супер локация и 100% слышимость соседей
Быстрое и беспроблемное заселение, очень удобное расположение. Удобный checkout - просто сбросить карту в ящик на выходе из корпуса без необходимости идти в корпус службы размещения. Из минусов: в номере слышимость соседей 100-процентная, легко разбираются все диалоги. У коллег в номере было 2х0,5 бутылки с водой, а у меня их небыло.

В целом все понравилось. Номера какие-то пустые ощущаются, не хватает комфорта. Минус это удалённость от пляжа и отсутствие своего. Но, наличие средств передвижения (самокаты, велосипеды) выручало. Вообщем для отдыха с семьей пойдет

Bad expirience
When arrived, we were told that there will be no hot water for 2 weeks. For shower we need to go to a different building. Had to upgrade the room for considerable amount, to get room with hot water. Problem was, not enough hot water.. On 2nd shower, the hot water already ran out, and had to wait for water to heat. Terrible. Then wanted to pay for parking. Rate was 3000 RUB. The automatic machine charged twice!, 6000 RUB. When complained, had to fill a form for refund. waiting to get money. But then... The parking gates were broken for the whole week, so everyone parked for free, except us, who paid double. Besides that, room was fine, large, and good location. Room cleaning was only every 2-3 days, so had to ask for refill of soap and toilet paper. Staff was quite polite and kind, but it seemed they didn't understand what was so terrible to have no hot water.. And why the heck we had to pay extra to get a room with it? It's basic! Since we prepaid for the room, with no refund, we where trapped! Couldn't go to a different hotel, which I really wanted to do. I blame mostly the hotels.com, for not advertising the issue with water.

世界杯期间在索契看德国vs瑞典的比赛，这个酒店离体育场特别近，并且紧靠海边，类似别墅，里边空间非常大，所有的东西应有尽有，特别好

Неоднозначное впечатление
Не первый раз проживаем в комплексе апарт отеля Имеретинский. Корпус распологался на 1 ой линии. Хороший, чистый бассейн. Номер можно сказать новый по состоянию. Удобная кравать с чистым бельем. Из недостатков: пляж в этом году смыло в море. Ни одного зонта, ни раздевалок, ни душа. Даже дорожек нет. Огромные камни вынесло на берег. Выглядел пляж как после бомбардировки. В номере за пять дней ни разу не убрались. Бумага туалетная, гель для душа закончились. Полотенца не меняли. На полу песок, так как на пляже нет душа и негде помыться. Обращался в единую службу, никто не отреагировал. Сервис это минус отеля.

Отличные аппартаменты
Все супер!! Номер большой, есть кухня, приблоы, посуда, холодильник, микроволновка, холодильник, плита. Но если хотите готовить, то везите с собой сковородку и кастрюлю, их мы не нашли. Номер чистый, большой, прекрасна ванная. Есть терраса с шезлонгами, на территории свой бассейн. Территория закрытая. Очень близко к олимпийскому парку.

Очень хорошая территория и очень хорошие номера-студии, но без своей машины в районе жить очень тяжело: всего один магазин и одна аптека, очень большие расстояния. В межсезонье (конкретно февраль) - очень сильные постоянные ветра.

Отличное место для активного отдыха.
Очень понравилось, проживали в д. 7 на Парусной улице, из окна шикарный вид на Олимпийский парк. Рядом набережная, прокат велосипедов. В номере все новое, чисто. Из минусов - долго вселялись в службе размещения. Далеко до продуктового магазина. Общее впечатление - отлично!
