"Service from the staff was incredible and everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. We were put in a room that had no view except for the concrete building outside which is not the hotels fault however due to this, the room gets son natural light and the room did have a mouldy smell at times as well as there being no vent in the bathroom. Great location and hotel otherwise but if staying I’d suggest upgrading and paying more for a better room. "

"I have stayed at The Marquis on 2 occasions and both times had a great visit. From check in to check out it’s been great. The rooms are clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The beds are great so a good night sleep is on the cards. Location is quiet and the surrounds are beautiful. The view is top notch. The meals at the pub are excellent and good value. I will be back and can definitely recommend. "
