A very pleasant weekend at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and responsive and the overall stay was most enjoyable. The restaurants were of a very high standard and we had no issues.

Nice big comfortable rooms with balconies, staff that tries hard to please, a free shuttle service to Pub street/ night market, live music in the lobby mornings and evenings- the only disappointment was the food. However, it’s a short tuk tuk or car ride into Siem Reap town where there are loads of good places to eat.

Wonderful welcome with drum beats,gift ,drink and snack when arrive at the resort. 一進入酒店就有welcome drinks同一條絲巾掛我們身上以示歡迎！員工大部分有禮貌及有笑容，房間整潔舒服，但多蚊蟲。而酒店的早餐多元化，很滿意，游泳池很大，有池畔酒吧，我們留在一整天感覺良好，但酒店的飲料偏貴！在交通方面，安排接送服務很好，車輛大也舒適！而地理位置較遠，只近機場，出入pub street也要叫tuktuk! 酒店的接駁車只限晚上，而且每個小時只有一班，跟預期有出入，還要預先打電話到櫃台預約，很不方便！早上下午也沒有此服務，要自己叫tuktuk到市中心！

ゆったり過ごせるリゾートホテル
大型のリゾートホテルで、スタッフの数も多く、きめ細かなサービスが受けられました。 日本語ができるスタッフも2名おり、英語が苦手でも安心して滞在できます。 トゥクトゥクや車の手配も迅速で、さすがだなと思いました。 無料の15分マッサージはオイルでしっかりと疲れを取ってくれます。これが無料だなんてありがたい。 チェックアウト後に観光をしてから空港に送ってほしいと行ったら、送迎前にスパのシャワーを使わせてもらえて、すっきりした状態で帰国することができました。 ベッドサイドにコンセントがない（充電しながらスマホ等をいじれない）、スパのシャワールームにはシャンプー類がない等、ちょっと惜しい部分はありますが、それを上回る良さがあります。 朝食に納豆、みそ汁、蕎麦があることにびっくりしました。 それだけ日本人のゲストが多いんでしょうね。
