"I felt like I hit the jackpot walking into this apartment. Gorgeous layout. Beautiful view from balcony and a bottle of wine welcome me to the luxury. The location is terrific, the security staff friendly, the pools just as advertised and the beach across the way incomparable. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great stay! "

"Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. Further positives...the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was huge with wonderfully thick white towels as good as any 5 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows (smell aside). We stayed over a Shabbat and holiday and it seems the religious...

"The property was not ready. There was no bathroom door, bath mat or waste basket. There is no coffee maker and there are no curtains. Pigeons are nesting outside the two windowsand there is bird poop everywhere. Not a great view. The bedroom is very cramped so we had to use the pull out bed from the sofa for one of us to sleep. This took up most of the room in the sitting area. For the price it was very disappointing.it was non refundable otherwise we would have moved. "

"The checkin experience was terrible so complicated and time consuming. We booked for 10 ppl and needed to open couches and put linen ourselves every day and close the couches in the morning it was a hassle and not fun to to in a vacation."

"This property was spotlessly clean and once we had the correct person to speak to (not the number we were first given) communications were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the linens pillows etc good quality. However, the lack of tea towels, hand towels and bath mats was a problem and the shower flooded the entire flat, which explained the water damaged doors. Some general repairs were needed which was an irritation. The building is well situated and we could park at no charge in a nearby...

"It was a good stay but I paid for ocean view more money and since I arrived later they gave a room facing in the direction of the ocean on the second floor. I should have just save my self money and gotten a less expensive room with the same results also they said parking on site but when I arrived they told me they where at full capacity and got to look and pay for parking elsewhere. Paid for breakfast and it was soak and would had been better off going out to one of the near bye restaurants...
