We booked 3 king superior rooms, and on check in were informed $100 per room for breakages was required (there’s nothing on the booking stating this fee) and that this fee would take 3-5 days to come back into my bank account - this made me very unhappy, most places do a holding fee which returns instantly on check out/room clean.
