"This is an amazing place to stay. My Wife and I stayed here when we visited Hakodate 2 years ago and we couldn’t wait to return. Every single member of the staff is kind, hard working, and helpful, they’re top notch all around. The room was very comfortable and the private onsen for our room was really relaxing. "I literally do not have the ability to accurately express how AMAZING, our stay was. The staff could not have been more professional. The Onsen, could not have been more relaxing, both the private and public ones. The place was spotless as well. It may have been the nicest, fanciest, ritziest place I’ve ever been. It has literally been the best, and I mean the best, part of my entire trip to Japan!! When I get married I want to go back there for my honey moon. "

"It’s a old ryokan passed it prime time. It’s basically not bad, but is old and run down. Maybe the Covid period made it worse as the condition of the ryokan deteriorated further without upgrades. Service is good. Far away from city center but there’s shuttle bus."

"Getting there is about an hour drive from Aomori city and hotel has nothing surrounding it but green. Perfect for a getaway but not ideal if wanting to explore Aomori city. The building is old but definitely revamped on the inside, and the option for Japanese style room is available (which the staff make the futon for you). Clean and comfortable with great food

"Great location right across the station. I really thought it'd be your standard business hotel but they were so much more. Abundance of amenities provided, you'd be set even if you only came with the clothes on your back. The staff were so hospitable. The hotel offers Western and Japanese style rooms, which I think is lovely. Western beds were firm but comfortable.There's a ramen shop attached in the main floor, unfortunately they were sold out and closed early the night I was there. However, I don't know whether I was just super hungry, but the breakfast buffet was absolutely divine the next morning. The cook staff were so kind too. Quality over quantity for sure, but everything was so delicious. Definitely the best breakfast I had at a hotel for my whole two-week stay in Japan. "

"First time stay at a Tokyu Stay. I'll definitely be using the chain again. Loved the hospitality from staff, the convinience of the room (there a washing machine/dryer in the room) and the onsen within the hotel. The hotel was well located. Easy walk to the Red Brick Warehouse, the Hakodate morning market (the hotel offers breakfast tickets for some restaurants in the market) and close to the tram stops so you can get around Hakodate with ease"
