"It was so fun to stay here! It gets dark and everything nearby closes early (5pm) but the amenities, dining experience and onsen made it well worth the stay. It was the perfect getaway from Tokyo. We even had an outdoor tub that dispensed hot spring water on our balcony! Not to mention the free sparkling wine and ice cream post-onsen. "

We had dinner at the property and it was delicious and quite a treat. Anyone planning to stay should know that this property is not very walkable. "Staff is very responsive and attentive. Having an in room onsen is great so that we can take a dip in it any time we like. Although the property is a little out of the way, they can always take you to near by bus or train station upon request. Dinner and breakfast are served inside the room. You sit on the floor and the table is about 12-14" high. Sitting cross leg may be uncomfortable to those who are not used to it. Getting up from that sitting position may be difficult for some."
